You Toned: Virtual Trainer

If you have ever wondered how to use the machines in your gym, Harris Optimum Fitness has put together some short videos to give some tips and reminders on proper form and use.

(*An important safety note: if you are new to exercise,  it is a good idea to check with your doctor first, and schedule some time with an expert to teach you how to properly use the machines.  Also, dont overdo it on any type of exercise.  You can expect a bit of discomfort the day after you exercise, but you shouldn't be feeling major pain.  A trainer can help you start an exercise routine before you head off on your own.)
