There are numerous benefits from working with a personal trainer. A trainer can help you to pinpoint the specific goals that are important to you, and help develop a personalized fitness program at your level. It can help maintain your motivation and guide you are your fitness levels increase. Sessions are available one-on-one with a trainer, or with small groups.
1-on-1 Personal Training Involves:
- Fitness evaluation. This is a series of tests - including cardiovascular, flexibility, muscle strength and local muscular endurance - to see what kind of shape you are in. Your trainer will ask about your health conditions, medications and exercise experience.
- Personalized exercise program. This is designed specifically for you. There is no one-size-fits-all approach. This program is created to meet your personal fitness goals. All exercise regimes works on flexibility, in which the client gets personally stretched out by trainer to increase your range of motion.

Supervised exercise. You are given one-on-one attention to make sure you are using proper form and technique and that you get the most from your workout without getting injured. The benefits of your program are explained and taught thoroughly. The trainer will also evaluate your diet and make changes to accomplish your goals.

Small group Session Rate:
For 10 sessions, 2 times per week:
2-3 people: $500, divided up evenly between members.
4-6 people, maximum of $130 per person.
(All group members must be around the same fitness level.)
