Why Boot Camp? 
A fitness Boot Camp program is a great choice for those who may be in a "workout rut," who want to switch up their current routine, those that want a "kickstart" to reaching their fitness goals, or those that want a challenge to help reach an even higher level of fitness.   No matter where you are in your fitness "journey,"  it is a fun and challenging way to increase your level of fitness.   Also, Optimum Fitness Boot Camp is not JUST for those who spend the day in their office-- its open for everyone, so pass it on!
 
What can I expect from Fitness Boot Camp?
Our program will dramatically improve your overall physical well-being and self-confidence. The benefits you will receive can include increased strength and endurance, loss of “inches,” a firmer body, and motivation from certified trainers in a team environment. Workouts include:

Program Details
Programs run for a month at a time, and are tailored to fit all fitness levels with  beginner, intermediate, and advanced groups. (You will be accessed on the first day of boot camp to make sure everyone is in the best group for their level.)

Morning Session:
4-week program will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:00 am- 8:00 am. 

Session 1: 8/24/2010 - 9/23/2010
Session 2: 9/28/2010-  10/28/2010                                                                                                                            Only $150 per session
