  • What Should I Wear to Boot Camp?

For boot camp, you should wear comfortable athletic gear with cross training shoes. (On Mondays and Fridays, we suggest that everyone wear their provided boot camp shirt, although it is not required.)

What should I bring to Boot Camp?

For boot camp each day, we will provide you with powerade, but you are also encouraged to bring water to drink. We also encourage everyone to wear a Heart Rate monitor.

It is also important to make sure that you eat snack at least 2 hours before boot camp, and as always, it is important to wear sunscreen if will be working out in the sun, or bring warmer clothes in case of cooler weather.

What if I havent exercised in years?

\We give a fitness assestment for the first day of class and place you with your group depending on your fitness level. From there,  the trainer of that group will have a designed workout for your group capabilities and needs.

What can I expect to do at Boot Camp?

Expect to get motivated, pushed, and encouraged to reach your next level of fitness! The types of exercises will include; calisthenics, running, agility, plyometrics, and speed drills.

What if I had bad knees, back, or other health issue?

Any health problems that you have should be disclose to the trainers the first day of class and he or she will adapt the workout to your needs in order to make sure that you are not injured.

What health benefits can I expect to gain in 4 weeks of boot camp?
Although you cannot expect a complete transformation in just 4 weeks, it is enough time to make some major improvements in your fitness levels.... so expect to reach a higher level of fitness!

You should expect to be challenged, no matter what your level is starting out, so come with a willling attitude to try new activites and challenges. By the end of the 4 weeks, everyone should expect to get stronger, increase cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, core endurance, coordination, agility, and speed.

Boot Camp is outdoors- what if there is bad weather?

If weather is bad,  then the trainers will get in touch with boot campers by phone in the morning, or  via email by 3pm in the afternoon to share a plan of a local alternate meeting place.

***Please make sure that the Boot Camp trainers have the best email  address and phone number that it most convienent for you to receive these messages!

If weather forces us to have to cancel a session,  and no alternate location is available, then we will give a make up session at the end of the camp.
